Lockheed Martin is hiring a Systems Engineering Staff (E4) in Owego, New York to support Naval Helicopter mission systems programs. The role leads communications concurrent engineering integration and test efforts, manages technical execution costs and schedules, presents to senior leadership and customers, and supports earned value, work-package, control-account, and integrated master schedule management. It requires a DoD SECRET clearance, a related STEM bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience, cost-account and engineering basis-of-estimate experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The position is hybrid and offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
