Lockheed Martin is hiring a Mid-Career Systems Engineer for its Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) team to support missile defense technology development. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering coordination, program reviews, configuration and version control, analytical predictions, trade studies, requirements and interface documentation, risk mitigation, customer and leadership briefings, and system integration, verification, validation, cost, risk, and supportability analyses. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent education and experience, missile development technical leadership experience, multi-functional team leadership experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
