Lockheed Martin is hiring a Level 4 Systems Engineer for its AMMM/F-16 Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Analysis & Integration team, based primarily in Marietta, Georgia. The role provides technical guidance and integration across R&M disciplines, engineering teams, program organizations, and functional stakeholders, with responsibilities including earned value and control account management, R&M proposals and basis of estimate development, FRACAS data management, aircraft readiness analytics, logistics support analysis, and coordination through ServiceFLO. The engineer will use Tableau, SAS, Excel, and engineering or logistics databases to develop metrics and insights, improve processes and data quality, support workforce planning, and advance analytical methods. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in reliability and maintainability, systems engineering, engineering analysis, logistics or supportability analysis, project management, complex project management, technical problem solving, and technical planning or program execution. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
