Helsing is hiring an Avionics Systems Engineer for weapon integration to manage the end-to-end integration and qualification of weapon systems from concept through certification. The role coordinates suppliers, customers, and engineering teams; defines design, analysis, test, and qualification activities; develops system specifications and architecture; and resolves technical interface conflicts. Candidates should have experience integrating external stores, missiles, or weapon systems, apply systems engineering and military airworthiness standards, manage requirements in tools such as IBM DOORS or Siemens Polarion, and meet the conditions for an extended German security clearance while communicating in English and German.
