Rank Interactive is hiring an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer for its Mauritius office to support enterprise-scale hosting infrastructure. The role covers Windows Server, VMware or Hyper‑V virtualisation, Active Directory and Azure AD, Microsoft 365 services, storage, PKI/CA, incident and service request resolution, proactive maintenance, documentation, and on-call support. Candidates need strong Windows Server and virtualisation experience, knowledge of AD, Exchange, and O365, PKI experience, SAN and NAS understanding, and an ITIL-based process approach.
