Lockheed Martin is hiring a First Line Manager to lead a team of Specialty Engineers focused on Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) and Integrated Logistics Support. The role owns Specialty Engineering program execution and proposal development, develops reliability, safety, and maintainability roadmaps, coordinates employee assignments and development, and collaborates with program leadership, suppliers, and customers. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline and at least seven years of related experience, along with systems engineering, project lifecycle, proposals, and cost-estimating experience. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
