Lockheed Martin is hiring a Level 4 Systems Engineering Associate Manager to lead the Flight Operations Support (FOS) Configuration Management team from its Sunnyvale, California location. The role provides strategic leadership and daily operational oversight, supervises direct reports, coordinates with product developers, integration and project engineers, test personnel, mission engineering specialists, and other stakeholders, and drives configuration management, quality, cost, schedule, risk mitigation, and zero-defect delivery across the product life cycle. The position requires an active DOD Secret clearance, OPIR configuration management experience, and mission-critical systems operations experience, with a full-time salary range of $131,100 to $243,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
