Lockheed Martin is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer for the Joint Combat Weapons Systems (JCWS) - Javelin program in Orlando, Florida. The role reports to the program area Lead Systems Engineer and leads systems engineering transformation, including Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Responsibilities include managing technical proposals, estimates, and independent reviews; leading cross-functional engineering activities; coordinating integration and testing; participating in design reviews; and helping programs meet cost and schedule goals. The position requires a STEM or related bachelor’s degree, DoD tactical system development experience, a final Secret Clearance, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance with an investigation or CV date within five years.
