Systems Engineering - Cleared Contractor - L4 at Encode, Inc.

Encode, Inc. is hiring a System Engineer for a 12-month contract with possible extension in Salt Lake City, Utah, working onsite. The role supports the full lifecycle of advanced data link and SATCOM systems, including requirements, architecture, integration, verification, deployment, sustainment, risk management, and technical documentation. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and program stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and travel 10–20% within CONUS. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least six years of prior relevant experience, or an alternative education/experience pathway, is required; a current Secret security clearance is also required.
