Description
The FRACAS Systems Specialist Engineer will evaluate and improve the reliability of Department of Defense communications systems, including wideband, narrowband, and SATCOM products. The role leads failure reporting, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, corrective-action development, FRACAS database management, repair reporting, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, program, material control, and quality teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least four years, or ten years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
