Description
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring an F-35 Maintenance Manager to lead the Aircraft Maintenance Training Team supporting F-35 maintenance across field operations in the United States and internationally. The role oversees on-the-job trainers, curriculum development, lesson-plan reviews, maintenance compliance, aircraft and engine repairs, work-order management, safety practices, and coordination with military, government, Lockheed Martin, and other systems employees. Candidates must have at least four years of F-35 maintenance experience, five years of aircraft maintenance leadership experience, and four years of ALIS experience, along with an Interim Secret security clearance and United States citizenship. The position offers onsite-to-remote flexible work arrangements and a full-time salary range of $89,100 to $165,500.
