Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring an F-35 Field Support Engineer Manager to lead Field Support Engineers at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, while also performing F-35 Mission Systems/Avionics, Supportable Low Observable/Structures, or Vehicle Systems field service engineering. The role manages FSE hiring, training, performance, customer relationships, engineering and logistics support activities, and on-site aircraft maintenance and operational-limitation support, with travel and possible long-term shipboard deployments. Candidates must have an active Secret Security Clearance, F-35 Program access, and U.S. citizenship, along with at least three years of supervisory or managerial experience and five years of F-22 or F-35 aircraft systems experience. The full-time salary range is $80,200 to $149,000, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
