Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Controller in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to support F-35 fighter-jet training operations. The role projects maintenance events, schedules aircraft and maintenance activities, coordinates with maintenance managers and support teams, tracks aircraft status, supports ALIS and other maintenance systems, and provides on-the-job training. Candidates need at least eight years of aircraft maintenance experience, including one year of F-35 experience, a valid driver’s license, flight-line driving competence, and an Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Final Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. The salary range is $65,200 to $121,200, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
