Lockheed Martin is hiring an F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Training Specialist at MCAS Miramar, San Diego, to support F-35 maintenance training across domestic and international operating locations. The role serves as a subject matter expert in aircraft maintenance, joint technical data, CMMS documentation, action requests, on-the-job training, instructor certification, course development, and quality oversight. Candidates must have extensive aviation and F-35 maintenance experience, formal instructor experience, knowledge of ALIS and DCMA 8210.1C/D, and a minimum Interim Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance. The position offers onsite-to-remote flexibility, flexible schedules, and a full-time salary range of $100,200 to $186,200.
