Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Ground Systems Support Engineer to support on-site customers, resolve operations and maintenance issues, and provide technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses. The role includes computer systems design and analysis, installation and training, troubleshooting, site surveys, systems enhancements, mission support, failure analysis, and communications-system performance analysis. The engineer must travel to austere or remote locations for 60–120 days per year and work off-cycle hours and weekends. Basic qualifications include support-equipment operation or maintenance experience, network and computer troubleshooting experience, and an active Top Secret clearance with an investigation date within five years. The full-time salary range is $100,200 to $186,200, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
