Description
Mill is hiring a Hardware Systems Engineering intern to support the design, validation, testing, and prototyping of a novel consumer product. The intern will work with hardware components, lab equipment, CAD tools, firmware, and product designers to build test setups, troubleshoot system-level performance, and develop prototypes for mass production. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or degree in progress, knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection, CAD proficiency, rapid prototyping skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The estimated base hourly range is $35 to $45, benefits and potential equity are not included, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.
