Description
The Systems Engineer IV provides senior-level technical leadership for complex aerospace and defense programs, covering system requirements, architecture, integration, testing, technical performance, program execution, customer relationships, proposal support, and engineering quality. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of technical R&D or engineering experience, and 5 years managing technical projects. It is a full-time hybrid position in Irvine, California, with a 9/80 schedule, and requires U.S. person status under ITAR; visa sponsorship is not provided.
