Egis is hiring a Systems Engineering Lead in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to provide technical direction and systems engineering governance across light rail transit infrastructure programs. The role oversees the development, integration, verification, validation, testing, commissioning, and lifecycle management of rolling stock, signalling, traction power, fare collection, and operations and maintenance facilities, while leading requirements, architecture, trade studies, risk management, procurement reviews, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree, Professional Engineer designation, at least 12 years of systems engineering experience in rail or transportation infrastructure, and at least 5 years of technical leadership experience.
