L3Harris is hiring a Systems Engineering Lead, also described as an RF ASIC Subject Matter Expert, in Clifton, New Jersey. The role provides systems-engineering leadership for RF ASIC capabilities, translating system requirements into functional and performance allocations, managing performance budgets and interfaces, supporting verification and risk management, and coordinating integration across hardware, software, packaging, test, manufacturing, and program-management teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years, or no degree and thirteen years, plus an active Secret Clearance. The schedule is 9/80, with every other Friday off, and travel may be up to 10%. The disclosed New Jersey salary range is $127,500 to $236,000, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
