BAE Systems is hiring a Systems Engineering Lead for the Spartan Data Workstream in Warton, responsible for defining the data workstream’s systems engineering strategy and plans, managing and validating data requirements, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and data engineers, and supporting programme performance, compliance reporting, and requirements change control. The role is on site in Warton with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available, requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience plus product lifecycle management, leadership, ILS, and engineering standards/governance experience, and is part of Project Spartan, a four-year strategic change programme centered on ERP-driven support and services transformation.
