BAE Systems is hiring a Systems Engineering Lead for the Spartan Data Workstream at Warton on-site. The role focuses on defining and documenting systems engineering strategy and plans for the data workstream, managing requirements verification and validation, ensuring traceability to qualification evidence, supporting data release acceptance, building compliance reporting frameworks, and managing systems engineering resources, schedules, and change control. Candidates need a STEM degree or equivalent experience, product lifecycle management experience, team leadership or supervisory experience, knowledge of Integrated Logistic Support, and experience working to engineering standards and governance. The position is part of Project Spartan, a four-year strategic change programme tied to an enterprise resource planning tool, and applicants must be BAE Systems employees in their current role for at least 12 months.
