Northrop Grumman is hiring a full-time, on-site Systems Engineering Manager 2 in Baltimore, Maryland, to lead approximately 8–12 engineers and subject matter experts in Systems Integration and Test. The dual-role position combines functional engineering management with direct program work, including technical leadership, staffing, budget support, customer communications, proposal development, and program execution. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree, U.S. citizenship, a current or active Secret clearance with Special Program Access, and experience in people management, program leadership, and radar, electronic warfare, RF systems, or real-time embedded software. The primary salary range is $153,800 to $230,800, with potential overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and benefits.
