Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager for Advanced Development and Test Body Development on its Fleet Ballistic Missile Reentry Flight Test Experiment team. The role leads multidisciplinary teams through proposal, technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and execution from reentry body development through flight test results assessment. The manager coordinates customer and internal organizations, defines work scope and resource loading, and manages employee recruitment, training, performance, and disciplinary matters. The position requires substantial coordination, occasional travel, and extended work hours, and offers a full-time salary range of $145,100 to $269,500 with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
