Description
Boeing is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager in Herndon, Virginia, to lead approximately 15 Systems Engineers and provide technical leadership across Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test efforts for mission-critical programs. The role combines people management, staffing and talent development, technical oversight of system architecture and engineering deliverables, stakeholder collaboration, and support for proposal development and process improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and experience leading systems engineering teams across multiple concurrent programs involving the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. The position is first shift, requires U.S. export control compliance, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
