Gilat Stellar Blu is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager to lead avionics systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, testing, and certification activities for next-generation airborne connectivity products. The role defines system requirements and architectures, leads engineering teams, resolves technical challenges, and collaborates with hardware, software, program, certification, and customer teams. Candidates must have deep avionics experience, knowledge of aerospace certification frameworks and interfaces, networking expertise, and experience across the system development lifecycle. The position offers an annual base salary of $150,000–$160,000 USD and requires U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
