Description
The Systems Engineering Manager will lead and develop a systems engineering team, define long-term technology strategy, manage service portfolios, resources, capacity, and budgets, establish standards and processes, coach employees, align with customers and management, and support strategic IT projects and transformations. The role requires several years of systems engineering or IT infrastructure experience, technical team leadership experience, strong strategic thinking, service orientation, communication and leadership skills, and very good German with good English. The gross monthly salary starts at €6,071, with additional compensation potentially available.
