Textron Systems is hiring a Mechanical Systems Engineering Manager to support a major Air Force development program. The role leads a team of mechanical systems engineers and oversees requirements and interface management, requirements verification, verification planning, requirements traceability, subsystem and unit-level compliance, risk analysis, supplier requirements management, and coordination across mechanical design, analysis, manufacturing, and test teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, extensive experience in systems engineering or complex multidisciplinary product development, familiarity with requirement management and configuration management tools, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
