Textron Systems is hiring a Mechanical Systems Engineering Manager to support a major Air Force development program. The role leads a team of mechanical systems engineers and oversees requirements and interface management, requirements verification, verification planning, requirements traceability, configuration management, risk analysis, and coordination across mechanical design, analysis, manufacturing, test, and supplier teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, extensive experience in systems engineering or complex multidisciplinary product development, familiarity with requirement and configuration management tools and model-based systems engineering, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
