Description
The Systems Engineering Manager will lead Lansdale’s systems engineering team in developing advanced RF Electronic Warfare solutions for defense missions across air, land, and maritime platforms. The role combines people leadership with technical strategy, program execution, systems design, estimation, schedule and technical-performance management, mentoring, cross-functional engineering coordination, and oversight of analysis, testing, documentation, and presentations for EW subsystems and systems such as radar warning, situational awareness, direction finding, electronic attack, and RF countermeasures.
