Description

Lockheed Martin is hiring a Manager, Readiness Integrated Engineering to lead a 15-20 engineer team in the Readiness Integrated Engineering department. The role manages systems and software engineering activities, product design and development, technical performance, staffing, recruiting, performance assessments, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and digital transformation. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, software engineering and cost-accounting experience, Secret-level clearance eligibility, and U.S. citizenship. The position is based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and offers a full-time salary range of $145,100 to $269,500 plus benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: Cost account manager and EVM experience or similar financial oversight
Project and team leadership experience
Leadership experience in weapon-system architecture, design, requirements, implementation, and integration
Experience leading diverse engineering teams
Experience developing and advancing DevSecOps tools, technologies, and processes
Preferred Qualifications: Cost estimation, proposal, and capture experience
In-depth understanding of system engineering and development processes
Knowledge of Aegis BMD, domestic and foreign baselines, and missions
Knowledge and experience with resource and staffing requirements
Experience communicating with employees, senior management, internal stakeholders, and external customers
