Description

Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Systems Engineer, Integration and Test for its next-generation wideband MILSATCOM program. The role leads requirements definition, integrated test planning, test execution, hardware and software integration, system-level risk-reduction test beds, and products for factory and orbit testing. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of test preparation and test execution for complex systems
Experience leading small to medium-sized teams to achieve demanding technical objectives
Experience designing, developing, and using system test beds or high-fidelity risk-reduction environments
Space vehicle test operations experience, including test development, execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and electrical ground test equipment
8+ years of experience with systems integration or testing
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a closely related technical discipline
Master’s degree in systems engineering, INCOSE certification, or a relevant graduate certificate
Space or ground-segment design and test experience with subsystems or fields outside systems engineering
Systems-thinking ability to solve problems and implement constructive change
Strong communication, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills
On-orbit testing experience
MBSE experience
Active Secret or TS security clearance
