Description
The Configuration Management Manager will lead Lockheed Martin’s Systems Engineering Configuration Management Team for the F‑22 program, overseeing hardware, software, documentation, configuration baselines, production, sustainment, and upgrade activities. The role includes technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, supportability analysis, requirements translation, and coordination of subordinate employee recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, hands-on configuration management experience, cross-functional team experience, program-access and Secret-clearance eligibility, and preferably F‑22, AS9100, change-management, Jira, and Confluence experience.
