The role combines functional leadership with technical or programmatic work, including staffing planning, talent development, performance reviews, recruiting, stakeholder relationships, and support for F-35 data-analysis tools. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, have a STEM bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and possess systems engineering, Agile, software development, and team leadership experience; the position requires a government security clearance and access to a special-access facility.
