Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring two first-line managers to lead radar systems engineering teams within the Maritime & Missile Defense Radar department. Each manager will oversee one or more functional domains, including radar algorithm design and control solutions, radar modeling and simulation, digital twin development, performance analysis, system integration, testing, and verification. The role supports the S4R product line and Aegis SPY-1 programs in Moorestown, New Jersey, or Camden, New Jersey, and includes engineering process management, staffing planning, recruiting, program execution, technical strategy, and employee development. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, experience in systems engineering and radar-related activities, leadership experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
