Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a full-time Systems Engineering Leader to manage a systems engineering team for a multi-segment program. The role leads systems engineering lifecycle processes and reviews from development through operations and sustainment, coordinates with program and customer engineering leaders, supports technical planning and system integration, and oversees staffing, performance, and employee development. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field, knowledge of systems engineering processes and milestone reviews, and experience in spacecraft design or operations.
