Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager to help establish technical solutions for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) hypersonic missile system. The role leads a systems engineering team, develops weapon-system test strategies and element-, platform-, and system-level test plans, supports requirements verification, and defines test-bed configurations for integration and flight testing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field, complex-systems program experience, systems engineering experience, and an active Secret Clearance; technical leadership, Navy customer experience, missile-development experience, testbed integration, and test documentation experience are desired. The position offers a full-time salary range of $145,100 to $269,500 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
