Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager to lead the Aviation mission area for the SOF GLSS program in Lexington, Kentucky. The role manages the Aviation Project Execution Engineering team and coordinates with platform Chief Engineers on aircraft and unmanned aircraft system modifications, component integration, system sustainment, and new device or software development. Responsibilities include requirements and interface development, test planning and execution, systems engineering planning, resource coordination, and oversight of engineers, subcontractors, and technical deliverables. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with systems engineering methodologies, MBSE, and aviation system architecture.
