Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Systems Engineering Senior Manager to lead systems integration and engineering across a portfolio of Mission SI&E–West programs in Boulder, Longmont, and Colorado Springs. The role oversees three or more systems engineering managers and more than 60 systems integrators and engineers, provides technical and functional leadership, supports program growth and engineering staff development, and promotes systems engineering rigor across programs and lines of business. The position requires leadership of leaders, strategic organizational leadership, cost account management, satellite ground systems experience, and an active and current TS/SCI security clearance; US citizenship is required. The full-time salary range is $178,500 to $331,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
