The position focuses on automation-heavy ServiceNow workflows in IC environments, including Flow Designer and Integration Hub patterns, catalog items, PPM configuration, CAM and A&A processes, process mapping, user stories, UAT, training, and workshops. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph and demonstrated experience in the listed ServiceNow and process areas.
