Description
The Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for basic and detailed engineering of instrumentation systems and execution of field instrumentation projects. The role covers instrument design, control valve and field instrument sizing, datasheets and specifications, vendor and technical bid analysis, manufacturing and calibration coordination, inspection and testing, installation supervision, DCS/PLC powering up, loop checking, and preparation of engineering drawings and tender documentation. The engineer must read P&IDs, control narratives, and logic diagrams and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
