Peraton is looking for an experienced Field Support Engineer to join their national intelligence program. The role involves providing second-tier technical support, advising on product installations and configurations, testing, training, and resolving technical issues. The engineer will also maintain network stability, assist with customer training, collaborate with developers to prevent recurring incidents, answer technical questions, and contribute to document reviews. Work will be conducted at customer sites, requiring travel.
