Description
The Systems Integration Analyst delivers end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients in the OpenText Managed Services environment. As an individual contributor, the role translates business requirements into technical solutions, configures trading partners and EDI maps, develops integration workflows, deploys solutions across testing and production, performs testing and quality assurance, troubleshoots defects, and supports client implementation and ongoing integration projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, programming experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and availability for global shifts, after-hours support, and five-day onsite work.
