Description
The Systems Integration Analyst delivers end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients in the OpenText Managed Services environment. As an individual contributor, the role translates business requirements into technical solutions by configuring trading partners, document mappings, and connectivity protocols; develops and maintains EDI maps, technical specifications, and integration workflows; deploys solutions across testing and production environments; and supports implementation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and client communication. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, programming experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and availability for global shifts, after-hours support, and five days onsite.
