Zone 5 Technologies is hiring a Systems Integration & Test Manager to architect and lead a cross-disciplinary engineering team responsible for Hardware-in-the-Loop integration, configuration control, feature validation, ground testing, and structured block-upgrade planning for unmanned aircraft systems. The role manages mechanical, avionics, and software integration engineers and coordinates with software, flight test, GNC, avionics, electrical, and production teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related field, 8–12+ years of aerospace systems integration and testing experience, and expertise in HITL, avionics, embedded systems, MBSE, MATLAB/Simulink, VxWorks, and UAS development.
