Pilgrim is hiring a Systems Integration Engineer/Scientist to adapt biological methods for automated workflows on its ARGUS platform. The role involves defining workflow operating requirements, establishing bench baselines, designing integration tests, troubleshooting failures across biology, fluidics, sensing, controls, and instrument software, and verifying repeatability and performance. Candidates should have a strong foundation in bioengineering, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field, experience adapting laboratory protocols to automated instruments or custom hardware, and the ability to troubleshoot workflows and set measurable acceptance criteria.
