Figure is hiring a Systems Integration Engineer - Hand Subsystem to integrate dexterous robotic hands into its humanoid robots. The role combines mechanical, electrical, controls, and software integration; sensor and feedback integration; real-time diagnostics; controller tuning; calibration and end-of-line bring-up; validation testing; and automation tooling. It requires 5+ years of robotic or electromechanical systems experience, C++ and Python proficiency, sensor and control-systems expertise, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field. The position is based in San Jose, California, requires five days per week in the office, and offers a US base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 annually.
