Clear Labs is hiring a Systems Integration Lead in San Carlos, California to translate benchtop oncology and infectious-disease next-generation sequencing assays into robust, automated production processes. The role owns labware qualification, DOE-based robustness testing, acceptance criteria, verification and validation, and the integration of sequencing into automated oncology workflows. It requires extensive process and automation engineering or systems integration experience, NGS platform and library-prep knowledge, liquid-handling systems expertise, and familiarity with FDA design control and 510(k) considerations. The position reports to the COO/CSO, requires no travel, and offers a salary of $160,808 to $196,544 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
