Description
The Test Engineer will plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems. The role synthesizes customer requirements into test solutions, establishes specifications and standards, coordinates testing activities, analyzes results, prepares evaluation reports, writes discrepancy reports, and performs integration regression testing. The position requires an engineering or physics degree, experience in ordnance testing and laboratory environments, team leadership experience, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; it also offers a full-time salary range of $70,500 to $130,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
