Lockheed Martin is hiring a Sr Staff Systems Integration & Test Engineer in Santa Barbara, California, to lead test engineering for advanced infrared sensor systems across the program lifecycle. The role owns test strategies, plans, readiness reviews, execution, data analysis, and product acceptance; provides technical leadership to program stakeholders; and oversees approximately 10 test engineers. Candidates need a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, substantial professional experience, leadership experience, and a Secret Clearance; a related master’s degree or PhD can reduce the experience requirement. The position offers a full-time salary range of $145,100 to $269,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
