Description
The Next Generation Inteceptor Production Test Associate Manager plans, writes, and executes production acceptance tests; manages integration and testing of avionics, RF, and other electrical subsystems; coordinates subordinate recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions; and directs test plans, procedures, schedules, technical standards, and cross-organization testing activities. The role requires progressive missile or aerospace testing experience, a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, U.S. DoD Secret Clearance, and strong leadership and communication skills. The full-time position offers a salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
